- Rapid intervention with minimum delay;
- Emergency placements in temporary accommodations;
- Temporarily meet people’s basic needs;
- Draw up and implement an action plan for housing integration.

Emergency shelter service for men, women and families
With psychosocial support. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- 2 emergency units from 1 to 30 days
- 3 transitional units from 31 to 180 days
Housing support and maintenance services (preventing loss of housing)
Mixed services for men/women/families
Short, medium and long-term support for housing maintenance. Services include :
- Landlord/tenant conciliation;
- Budgeting assistance;
- Negotiating debt repayment agreements and payments with creditors.
Home search and assistance service
- Support for housing search;
- Housing search service;
- Support during meetings with landlords;
- Help in obtaining furniture and other items.
